The Story Behind Gutzy

Gutzy started as something I needed but couldn't find. 

I was trying to manage my health, keep up with appointments, deal with flares, all while parenting and just doing life. I wanted somewhere to keep track of it all. A space that could hold everything from symptoms and routines to reflections and reminders. 

But most wellness journals didn't feel like they were made with people like us in mind. They were either too fluffy or too rigid. Not fully inclusive of what our health can actually require. So I made my own. 

Gutzy is a space for you to track, reflect, plan or pause, whatever you need that day. Whether it's a flare day, sofa day, a hospital bed day, or somewhere in between. 

It's not here to fix you. It's here to support you. 

And most importantly, it's yours.

How long is this journal for?

It's a 3 month journal, but you can start any time. It's undated, so no stress if you skip a day (or a few). Life's unpredictable - this journal gets that.

What's inside?

Daily pages to track food, symptoms, meds, moods, sleep and energy. There's space for flares, appointments, reflections and questions for your team. Even a spot for stoma tracking and supply restocks - if that's part of your world. If not, just skip those pages, the journal won't mind.

Is this just for people with a diagnosis?

Nope. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self managing symptoms, waiting for answers or supporting someone else - this journal is designed to meet you where you are.

Is this journal helpful if I have more than one condition?

Absolutely. Chronic illness is rarely neat or just one thing. This journal leaves space for the layered, complex, real-life version of your health - not just a checklist.

What's your refund or exchange policy?

If you change your mind, you've got 14 days to return your journal unused and in its original condition.

If it arrives damaged, let me know within 30 days and I'll sort a replacement or refund. Just email me at hello@gutzyjournals.co.uk and we'll get it sorted 💌
