We’re a small, independent business — every order means a lot, and we do our best to get your journal to you as smoothly and safely as possible.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the UK and selected international locations.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout and you’d love to order, feel free to email us at hello@gutzyjournals.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

⏰ Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and posted within 2–4 working days of purchase.
During busy periods (like launches or restocks), this may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

🚚 Delivery Times & Carriers

We use Royal Mail and other trusted carriers depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- International: 5–15 working days after dispatch (may vary based on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally happen — especially during holidays or for international orders.

📦 Packaging

Every order is packed by hand with care.
- Single journals are sent in sturdy book wrap mailers
- Larger orders may arrive in protective shipping boxes

We aim to keep packaging minimal but protective.

💌 Delivery Notifications

You’ll receive an email when your order is placed, and another when it’s been dispatched.
If you’ve chosen tracked shipping, tracking details will be included.

🧾 Address Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us as soon as you can at hello@gutzyjournals.co.uk. If your order hasn’t gone out yet, we’ll do our best to update it in time.

💥 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above (or within 10 working days for UK orders), please reach out.
We’ll follow it up and help resolve the issue.
