1. Using This Website

Please use our site responsibly. Don’t copy our designs, spam the site, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe everything accurately, but colours, photos, and layouts may vary slightly — especially as screens can display things differently. Small changes or updates may happen without notice as we keep improving our product.

3. Prices & Availability

Prices are listed in GBP and may change occasionally. If we ever need to adjust pricing or pause orders (e.g. due to stock or production delays), we’ll do our best to be transparent.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you’re agreeing to pay the total shown (including shipping if applicable). We have the right to cancel or limit orders (e.g. if something seems suspicious or stock runs out).

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our checkout partners (like Shopify Payments or PayPal). We don’t store your card details. If your payment doesn’t go through, the order won’t be processed.

6. Shipping

We ship within the UK only at this time. We aim to get your journal out within [insert dispatch timeframe] after your order is placed. If we anticipate any delays, we’ll let you know.

7. Returns & Refunds

- Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of receiving your journal.
- Received something damaged? Contact us within 30 days with a few photos.
- Refunds are usually processed within 14 days once we’ve received and inspected the item.

Please don’t return anything without contacting us first — we’ll guide you through the process.

8. Accuracy of Billing & Account Info

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate info at checkout. It helps us get your journal to you smoothly. You’re responsible for keeping your details up to date.

9. Intellectual Property

All journal designs, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Gutzy Journals. Please don’t copy, sell, or misuse them. Sharing on social media with credit is always welcome though!

10. External Links

Sometimes we may link to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices — so do your own checks before clicking or purchasing.

11. User Conduct

We want our community to be kind and respectful. Don’t upload or send anything offensive, harmful, or misleading through our website, email, or social channels.

12. Reviews & Customer Feedback

We love hearing from you — and we welcome honest reviews, testimonials, and feedback.

- By submitting a review, you agree we can display it on our website or social media.
- We may lightly edit for spelling or layout but will never change the meaning.
- Any abusive, offensive, or false content will be removed.
