We hope you love your Gutzy Journal, but if something's not quite right, here's how we handle things:

💭 Changed your mind?

No worries, you've got 14 days from the day your journal arrives to let us know if you'd like to return it. 

To be eligible for a return:

• The journal must be unused and in its original condition
• You'll need to post it back within 14 days of telling us
• Return postage costs are your responsibility

Email hello@gutzyjournals.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and checked. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your original payment method. 

❗️Received something damaged or faulty?

We're really sorry! Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your journal.

Include:

• Your order number
• A few photos clearly showing the issue
• A quick explanation of what went wrong

We'll make it right. Whether that's a refund, replacement, or another fix. In most cases, you won't need to return the item. 

📦Where to send returns

Please email us first. We'll confirm the return address and guide you through what to do. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be processed correctly.
